      They only cares about few key people. Too much layoffs.

      Pros

      Friendly working environment, Flexible timings, flexible holidays/vacation, good insurance plan.

      Cons

      Only cares about few key people and besides those, others are just a disposable commodity. Mostly knowledgeable and nicer people have either left or got laid off. Company vision changes every week. All the new IT work is given to outsources and garbage work is left for onsite employees. CEO seems to be afraid of bullies and bullies run the company.

      Pros

      Good product with good potential with the needed development work and vision.

      Cons

      Unwillingness to invest to go into new areas. Management expects customers to like the product right away. Management is very unwilling to see from the point of the customers.
