      - Good pay - High flexibility - Making a real impact to the education system - Working close with the system but far enough to still be an agile organization - Still wfh

      Cons

      - High uncertainty, yearly sometime less than a year contract, but very likely to be extended with good performance - Influenced by national political dynamics - Bureaucracy, but it's necessary
