Pros

Best place to be a "Junior": Honestly, for a first job, it’s hard to beat. They actually put their money where their mouth is regarding growth—I’ve had my AWS and GCP certs fully subsidized. Real Flexibility: I actually enjoy a pretty flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Cons

The Bureaucracy is real: At the end of the day, it’s still the government. You can put "Tech" in the name, but you’re still dealing with insane red tape. There are days where I feel like I’m just moving from one meeting to another, and don’t even get me started on the headache of security clearances and procurement.
