Decent pay, nice offices. That's it.

Cons

Toxic work culture. So many bosses that you wonder what you are doing. No raises, no bonus. Overall, a company that looks good on the internet, but only serves to benefit upper mangement and executives. Lots of unhappy clients.

Seemed like a good company with nice offices

Cons

Immediately recognized the work culture and unreasonable expectations. It's all wrapped around the "opportunity" to do well and move up, but those opportunities do not arise and you will find yourself working very long days to stay current with the work load.
