Pros

The only pro is that is remote

Cons

They scam people by overcharging for their services. Do not clarify to their clients that they are not affiliated with the US government. Do not apply if you have at least a bit of human decency since you are going to see vulnerable and poor people wasting their money on their service and they do not let you offer a refund unless the client explicitly asks for it. They only pay 6 dollars an hour while they are over charging clients.

Compensation structures and service pricing reflect different aspects of the business, including operational support, infrastructure, and the scope of services provided. Pros

1. Flexibility in working hours. 2. Great low-level management. 3. Nice and supportive co-workers.

Cons

1. Insanely discriminating and careless senior management. 2. You are nothing to them. They fire employees every week. 0 care for turnover rate! 3. Profit over everyone. 4. Bad salaries (start with $6/hour and max is $8/hour). 5. You are special if you are from certain nationalities and you will be treated better (Romanian, US). 6. Training week is unfair. You are placed immediately with clients afterwards, and any screw ups are accountable. 7. They monitor your screen all the time. Even YouTube is not allowed if caught.

Remote job... That is it

Cons

- disorganized - passive-agressive people all over - There is no goal structure, but they will punish people based on invisible guidelines - people will be fired without warning, and that's why they offer contracts as "independent contractors" - Terrible training and learning materials - There is no clear structure, and thus making mistakes is very easy
