Pros

The owners are very support and kind. They are flexible and really appreciate. It’s an exciting place to work, there is a new location going up and I am hoping I can work their too. They have a restaurant that we can eat in and the food is excellent.

Cons

None, really. Maybe that I don’t get enough hours to work. And since I have to write at least twenty words, maybe they could use a more updated scheduling way instead of the way they do.

Pros

Opportunity for building relations/networking. Lots of free range time and great food.

Cons

Lack of team environment with certain staff, as they tend to have unnecessary inflated egos and sense of superiority that makes them believe they’re more important, which causes the customers to suffer. Subjecting employees to perform duties in certain areas with extremely high levels of lead toxicity without proper precautions and/or protective gear.
