Pros

Generally, each department offers one day a week remote opportunities. Flexible work schedule and decent benefits.

Cons

Constant turnover/rotating door which makes it challenging to build relationships to drive the business forward. Old school mentality which contributes to fear of employment among employees and lack of willingness to change.

Pros

There has been a lot of positive change over the past year. The new CEO is moving things forward, the management team is doing all the right things and the business is going in the right direction.

Cons

Change is sometimes tough. There were a number of people who moved on which can create some internal worries.
