      Pros

      Great holidays especially with Christmas shut down, good pension

      Cons

      Not many opps to progress, HR win all of these awards for staff well-being but are shocking when it comes to it. One woman in particular called Bec made it about her a lot of the time, no empathy from them, a lot of micromanaging and inconsistencies between teams, no genuine flexibility although advertised.
