The work environment is positive, excellent and supportive colleagues and great office facilities, and is free from internal politics. Grab offers a strong compensation package, including a competitive salary, along with various benefits and bonuses.
Cons
Arguably, the workload is high, which sometimes can make people feel overwhelmed, especially those who are the "good guys" (always say yes to every request). We're back to full wfo, but you can still request to wfh if needed (there's an annual limit for WFH) It's not a place for people who want "slow living".
