Pros

Grab has a clear career ladder with indicators and targets for promotion to the next level. Employees consistently receive opportunities for growth and project leadership. The work environment is positive, excellent and supportive colleagues and great office facilities, and is free from internal politics. Grab offers a strong compensation package, including a competitive salary, along with various benefits and bonuses.

Cons

Arguably, the workload is high, which sometimes can make people feel overwhelmed, especially those who are the "good guys" (always say yes to every request). We're back to full wfo, but you can still request to wfh if needed (there's an annual limit for WFH) It's not a place for people who want "slow living".

Pros

It's a great place to work filled with many nice and brilliant people. It has a great culture of allowing people to grow and achieve their best and encourage people to take the initiative and have ownership of their work. I'm also lucky to be a part of a small but excellent team and I'm really enjoying my work so far.

Cons

There's no permanently remote working arrangement as of now.
