Pros
Staff lives our faith daily; have Chapel weekly, and pray before and after each meeting, and pray daily for our church members and staff. Flexible work hours, easy-going environment. Family first and working together as a team is a high value. High caliber of Elders and leadership. Values open and honest communication. An expectation of producing excellent work. High energy and excitement for the future of our church. Stewardship of contributions from our church body is above reproach.
Cons
Salaries could be higher but they have committed to being more competitive with industry, not just with other churches or non-profits.
