      Pros

      The school is closed for many vacations so the time off is good. Many employees especially the newer ones are friendly and genuinely care about others in the community. Opportunities to work closely with others help develop mentorships and close ties.

      Cons

      There is a lot of favoritism and politics among teachers. Some people get away with unprofessional behavior just because they have seniority. Certain members of admin are consistently rude and problematic.

      Excellent family-teacher rapport and a commitment to rigorous academics

      Cons

      Cliquey faculty—no accountability and a lot of gossip. Harassment is rampant.
