Pros
Great pay and good benefits. Overtime work available if desired. 12 hour shifts without the rotating shift requirement. Patients stays average 30 days or longer so you can build a rapport with them and their families. Floors are located WITHIN hospitals so help is available when you need it most and you get some of the amenities of working at a community hospital. It's actually a really nice place to work.

It is a small non-profit company which has good and bad aspects.
