Poor Compensation packages Poor leadership - no straight guidelines Lack of growth professionally No Work life balance even though this is heavily promoted Favoritism and bias - recognition is given not to persons who work but persons who are liked. HR structure makes no sense as they have no clue what they are doing and hiring practices are based on friendship not on person who have the required skill set to best fit the job position. Internal staff who are offered positions, still are unable to gain the benefits in seeing a compensation package that makes sense in comparison to someone who gets hired from the outside Lack of training provided on the job
