As far as agencies go, Ive been pleased

Pros

There seems to be plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, mentor with higher ups, and be seen by leadership. It can feel like the sky is the limit.

Cons

It's an agency. I've worked at several agencies, and while this definitely has the best work life balance so far, it's worth noting that it still comes with all of the standard work flows that an agency is known for (fast paced, condensed timelines, high pressure) --- but I like that environment, so it doesn't bother me.

Pros

Great environment to work if you’re excited by experiential and want hands-on exposure to meaningful, high-profile projects. The team is collaborative and supportive, and leadership is approachable and open to ideas regardless of title. Personally always felt heard by my VP. They're attentive to my strengths and have consistently provided support in my growth. Working with the broader team is also just as much of a pleasure as you all are trying to achieve the same goal in a project.

Cons

Things can move fast and priorities can shift. Some processes are flexible, or need to adapt to different client needs which can occasionally create ambiguity, so it helps to be comfortable being proactive and actively asking even little questions.

Pros

You really get what you give. From my personal experience, if you show care, communicate clearly, and put real effort into your projects, you are recognized and trusted. Management ultimately values employees they can rely on, and that trust is built through consistency and ownership. The clients are interesting and varied, which means exposure to a wide range of projects across different industries. It’s a solid place to learn and develop new skills, especially in a fast-paced agency environment. The team is very talented, which makes collaboration strong and pushes the quality of work.

Cons

Like most agencies, work comes in waves, so workloads aren’t always stable. There can be several months of nonstop, high-stress periods followed by calmer phases, though those quieter moments usually don’t last very long. It can be intense at times and requires flexibility and resilience.
