Pros

It was exciting at first to be part of a small creative team where everyone was working towards a common goal. These good vibes did not last long.

Cons

- No employee reviews - No HR - No benefits - health insurance was discussed on multiple occasions but never was implemented. 401k never discussed. - Poor management skills - one owner was mostly absent, the other was incommunicative and refused to delegate causing endless delays, missed deadlines and wasted resources. - Poor work environment: extreme temperatures, insect infestations, dust and dirt everywhere. Strong push back from mgmt when hiring a cleaning service was suggested. - Dismal office/factory culture: management inconsiderate to factory workers, no holiday bonuses, excessive overtime as a result of bad management/ planning. - Unnecessary culture of secrecy - Poor interpersonal skills

Pros

A good discount and had a lot of high-performing and talented individuals until most of them left due to frustration and mismanagement

Cons

Mid benefits other than the discount for their products. Good luck using PT or sick time without being hassled constantly by email or text while you are off. I've never seen a company just set money on fire like this place. Vanity office rental during a pandemic where everyone worked remote, hiring "friends" for high-level positions that they were highly underqualified to fill, alienating the folks who actually do the work by treating them like second-class citizens or just laying them off and expecting all the exec level staff they hired for some reason to do the job, even though they have no interest or the knowledge to do it. Highly unrealistic expectations with little to no support. Don't bother asking most higher-ups how to do anything because most of them don't have a clue.

Pros

It pays the bills but not much else.

Cons

Suppose I could give this company a negative 5-star rating, I would. Where does one even begin? Horrible Management. Terrible pay. Unless you're one of their friends, I suppose. The founders have zero respect for the people who make their company run, which, after all these years "in the business," can't seem to run well at all, can it? All they do is gossip, waste time, and blow money on silly ideas. Be ready to face ridiculous levels of passive aggression. Know now that your workload will grow, expand, and evolve at a moment's notice and an ever-increasing rate with no pay raise or title change. Be prepared to be gaslit to no end. Be ready for no one in a management position ever to know what's happening. If you ask for anything that could help you do your job better, you MAY get it, but only after months of relentlessly asking. However, nothing gets to the crux of the matter than the fact that I haven't spoken to a single past employee who doesn't shudder at the name of, Graf Lantz. Workers be wary.
