I was one of the early joiners and had the chance to work directly under Sidharth. He is such not much of a communicator but when he speaks he will make sure to lead you from the front. He always creates enthusiasm in the workplace It was really great experiences to work with him. He is more of a friend than a boss and always motivated everyone to find and achieve their dreams. It is rare to see such a person who never gives up and is so much dedicated to his ethics. I have learned a great deal and will always be grateful.
