Zero. Literally zero. Unless you like working until midnight and being screamed at.

Cons

Terrible management, profitability on a continual downward spiral, old pals acts going on everywhere, over worked, under paid and extremely under appreciated. The place is such a mess that every single little task you have to do becomes an absolutely nightmare.

I worked in Heitons steel which is part of grafton group the mangers are very aggressive to staff don't care about health and safety just want to keep up sales at all costs no respect for staff AVOID not one good thing about for grafton group
