Work life balance can be poor in operations

Difficulty establishing consistent processes due to lean staffing with minimal opportunities for collaborating/crossover.

Long hours, lots of politics

Rapid growth and change has made for some bumps in the road. For the size of the company, there are some surprising areas that the company is behind in. The company seems to be about continual improvement and the employee problem areas fall back to the employee owners, who are working to overcome.

Growing loosing focus on what they were

Some of the systems have been challenging in the past, but a lot of work has gone into improving them.
