      Outdated approach with no support or resources

      Single product to sell, no tv or sim

      Cons

      No support. Dead team. No fuel card. Dull product. No marketing material. 1960s style door knocking mindset. Have not evolved - just want you to knock like a bot and pretend nothing has changed in the world in the last 26 years.

      Pros

      Good manager for the northwest region. Paid for travelling as soon as you turned the van on until you got home. Allowed you to problem solve and when requested would provide guidance on what possible solution for installation of fibre.

      Cons

      Head office reduced installation times from 2 hours down to 1.5 hours however engineers had to wait at customer property until the technical department configured the router. That could take from 5 minutes to over 1 hour.
