      Environment is manipulated by bad managers who are only interested in power but lack of skill sets

      Tried to be better in terms of organization

      Cons

      Too many power driven middle managers/directors without business/people skills. They are just there since they are start-up members. No respect for teams and employees only hungry for powers. Not treating well to young employees as often submitted to do the non-department tasks.

      Most of the workers are Korean so if you don't know the language/culture it may be hard to fit in
