Pros

The pay isn't bad and can go upwards of 200k. The downside is it takes a few years to even be considered to be on that team.

Cons

it's a scam. They lure people in with a cheap vacation which they could get from a timeshare company. Then they tell them that they can get better offers by joining which is not true. They get the same package deals that new customers are eligible for. Then they tell these elderly people to invest thousands into their club membership which they will need to jump through hoops to cancel and it will be so difficult that they will buy into the opportunity to sell their club membership for a profit. This is never going to happen. So these elderly people are investing thousands to make their member profile more appealing to potential buyers. I'm not 100% about the business practices but I'd say I'm 95% correct. They keep the groups separate.
