      There isn't anything that I can think of.

      What it all comes down to is, the people in the office are simpleton's and have attiudes unless they need something from you. The pay is garbage for what you're doing and what you sacrifice for being away from home. The schedules are not set in stone so you'll end up being asked to go to different boats to fill in, and also be asked to come back early. This company will hire anyone with a pulse and being so, I'd only recommend using them as a stepping stone for sea days and pilotage.

      Pros

      The ships have amazing crews. I sailed on a few different vessels and enjoyed the people I had the opportunity to work with. I learned a lot during my time at this company.

      Cons

      The crew rotations kept getting worse and worse. Instead of 28 on and 28 off I would end up getting off a week or two late and sometimes have to return to the ships early. The last straw for me was when I was 4 hours away from getting off to go home and I was told that I needed to go to another ship for a week or 2. I said that I didn't want to and that I was needed at home. I was then told by Crewing coordinator and head of HR to go to the other ship or quit. So I quit.

      Pros

      Crew change happens frequently and usually on time. You'll get your day rate and that's it. ABs this season make 347 per day

      Pay structure feels shifty at best, old boats too
