      Pros

      Fast growing company with a good owner and fun product (vacation rentals) that encourages experimentation and rewards hard work. Lots of opportunity for growth and to make a real impact as an individual.

      Cons

      You will get a lot of responsibility and you don't always have direction. If you are not a self starter and someone who can enjoy their work you will have a hard time. No health care benefits.
