      Better than most pharmacies

      Pros

      Compassionate manager and really great coworkers. Good health benefits and ample paid-time-off in the first year. New location is very nice to work in. Very quality-focused company overall - we all have graphs on how much we produce on a weekly basis to see how we can improve. Pay for technicians is much better than retail.

      Cons

      It's healthcare, but running 24/7/365 is tough, especially on holidays when you have a family.

      First off, I am very glad you feel supported by your coworkers and manager. This is the type of environment we are cultivating! I am also very pleased with the way the new building has turned out. On the advice to management about moving the pharmacists closer, Brooke is actively working with IT to make this happen.       Pharmacy tech ! Never boring !

      Pros

      A manager that works with you, gives constructive criticism - and tells you what you are doing right in your reviews! Fellow employees that are willing to help, switch/trade. Other reviews so do not do it? I love my job and those I work with. This Job was a BIG pay increase from my retail job, and it came at the perfect time 2 years ago! They try to make everyone feel like a group, announcing life events, quick removal of any drama. You can personalize your work space. Your work space is YOURS unless a part timer is working who floats. (I like not sharing a work space a lot I know what my notes and hints mean.)

      Cons

      as with all pharmacy jobs - always that one phone call that is irritating, people do not understand how insurance claims work and that I cannot always make insurance companies change their mind - but there are full fb communities on that one. Its a little cold in all pharmacies.

      A growing company with unlimited opportunities to grow a career. Leadership and management opportunities for motivated individuals. Friendly work environment. Supportive management and ongoing education. Incentive based opportunities. This company is very performance based and highly productive individuals are reward with bonuses and promotions. Enthusiastic and driven culture.

      Cons

      This is demanding company that holds employees to high standards. They could do a better job in regards to performance reviews. Employee orientation and introduction to company needs improvement. Lacks education on company’s operating systems since they are very specific.
