      Pros

      I literally have nothing positive to say about Grane.

      Cons

      Terrible management, they fired/laid off and chased away the good managers that were there in 2022. The culture here is extremely toxic and it starts at the top. They cannot get anyone to stay at this place, it’s a revolving door. You will feel like everything you do for this company is for someone else’s dream, you are just a pawn to get them where they want to be. Comp plan for sales is absolutely embarrassing, don’t get sucked in with empty promises like everyone else did. They do not like to pay you as promised.

      Pros

      I have been working here for some time now and have yet to have many complaints. Like many logistics companies the more effort you put into your work the greater the reward. New managements have moved in, pushing the company in a new direction with a renewed focus on growth, leading to increased opportunities for employees and higher earning potential. With this new direction has come some great talent who have revitalized customer relationships and boosting daily load volumes. I am looking forward to where this company will for in the next year and on.

      It’s logistics there are going to be some long days.
