Everyday casual sexism, whether its intentional or unintentional (comments usually masqueraded as "jokes") Management do not uphold or align to the core values but expect the employees to live and breathe them Unsupportive environment from a mental health perspective (expected to get on with it and when you speak up little or no action is taken) Employee wellbeing is not treated as a priority Senior Management very out of touch with the culture and do very little about improving it Flexible working is strongly promoted however you are expected to work very long hours the majority of the time Erratic and toxic behaviour normalised

Flexible working environment, you are treated like adults, accountable to make your own decisions and manage your time. If you want to work for a progressive, professional firm with an excellent working culture - Granger Reis is a perfect fit.

Cons

A high performing environment, standards of very high so those who cant keep up with the pace can fall behind.
