Working here was almost like being in a cult. Drink the kool-aid or get fired. I have never in my life worked for such a dysfunctional and toxic company. In my short tenure here I saw at least 40-50 people come and go. The amount of time spent in pointless meetings was just painful. Sometimes you get sucked into back to back meetings that last upwards of 3 hours in which nothing at all is accomplished.

friendly co workers always willing to help and provide guidance

Loss of GM and the business went under= to many eggs in one basket... Can't blame company to much they tried to re-open with new team
