      Consistent hours and Overtime available

      Cons

      Cliquey staff, management included, lots of favoritism. Unethical practices involving clients throughout the whole company. Minimal racial diversity among staff.

      Meaningful work when you’re ignoring leadership

      Cons

      The most unethical profit-driven business I’ve worked for. Only care about retaining clients for as long as possible as long as they have commercial insurance. Veterans are even worse because it’s openly discussed how much the VA pays for a veteran to be in treatment. They have whole teams whose job it is to gaslight clients and their families into staying in treatment. If you don’t want to take part in this practice, don’t work here.

      Dedicated staff willing to help out clients through their recovery. Management care about their staff. Many staff have started off in entry level positions and have progressed into management and other roles.

      Cons

      It is a tough field. Need to know, set and follow boundaries.
