If you work here, you will get a paycheck.

Cons

Only those that are popular will get recognized at work. You can work hard, but it makes no difference. There are some Managers who are not very ethical and don't always do things by the book! If you look the other way, and choose to cover up some of those things, then they will support you.

Poor training, advancement is based on popularity with management and not preformance, excellent performance is not rewarded.

Time off was decent, as well as incentive programs.

Cons

Pay is less than other financial institutions. Nepotism is rampant, and you will be passed over for positions because you're not related to someone. A culture of spying on and throwing your coworkers under the bus was actively encouraged. Expect to work 6 days a week at the branches due to extreme turnover. Management treats employees like worthless peons with zero repurcussions.
