Pros

-Supportive and collaborative team environment. -Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing using C#. -Clear processes for creating detailed test cases and logging defects in JIRA. -Good opportunity to improve testing skills and gain professional experience.

Pros

1. Good building. 2. Salary on time(Very low salary as compared to market standards).

Cons

1. Pathetic people and work environment. You are never welcomed and nobody even cares. 2. Managers(specially female managers) always try to lower your self-esteem. 3. Kill the creativity of the developers. 4. Stone age methods and no new opportunities. 5. Initially, they pretend that, they are best in world, but in the end they are just answering the queries of their customer. No big picture of how the product actually works? what is the engineering behind the code? Nothing.. 6. Recently they laid off employees who worked with them for more than 10 years(Not me). Yet they claim, they don't layoff anyone. 7. Self proclaimed masters. 8. Even managers can directly point at your parenting and home. 9. Off charts politics. 10. When you try to have a discussion, it becomes a Bhagwat gita preach or argument.
