      Pros

      Nice facilities and equipment. Benefits were decent. NOC supervisor was patient with me being fairly new to the field and taught me whenever he could. Coworkers were helpful and friendly.

      Cons

      Senior management expects novices to perform as experts. I wasn't onboarded correctly; it caused problems down the road. Pay is not good enough for the number of tickets they ask you to close out daily.

      Cons

      When I left the company I was threatened with litigation if I spoke about the company in a negative way. I was also blamed for things I didn't do.
