      Pros

      Very energetic and dynamic environment to work. lots of opppurtunuities and work streams to pick on and you can develop your own niche. There is always something new to do. There is a sense of belonging and most of the job duties require teamwork and interaction. They also work on som cutting edge techniques and aproaches to analysis for energy data mining.

      Cons

      there are some growing pains .. but future outlook is very promising.
