      Worst company I've ever worked for

      Pros

      Accessible office space in the downtown core.

      Cons

      - Incredibly poor leadership with 0% diversity and 100% nepotism - Poor communication about lay offs to 25% of their company - Salary is not great (well below the national standard) - Unrealistic expectations and due dates for unfulfilling work - Misalignment with so called "company values" - Lack of growth opportunities

      Great coworkers, not the best directors

      Pros

      Most of the coworkers are friendly and collaborative, so I believe is potentially a good place to start a career. It has a generous hybrid system (only one day in the office per week), a reasonable benefits package and allows working from abroad for up to a month. There are good snacks in the office and two nice company events per year.

      Cons

      There is a lack of transparency from the directors to the workers and some micromanaging behaviors. It doesn´t have the best life-work balance and not the most competitive salary. It lacks growth opportunities, therefore I don´t think it is the best place to stay if you want to progress in your career.
