They miss the mark on fully executing this mission. They promote Team leaders who are bonuses on their finance numbers and look to book for their team. So although the sales team isn’t commissioned the team leader’s compensation negates that since they are the ones securing financing and I was frequently not feeling good about finance rates knowing some people qualified for better but we “had to protect the house”. Part of that mission statement is employees come first but that’s not true the team leaders come first, then the customer and then the employee when it comes to sales transactions.
