Some of the best reasons to work here will be only and only and only salary. Employees are supportive.

Cons

Management is worst. Not a good company for girls. No process for work. Do how you want and then top management will come upon you blaming for everything No analysis for the changes being done on software for checking the impact it causes. Just do it and when everything fails, blame on someone.

Worst management, there is no process flow, rules will change day to day person to person They just torture entire day. HR also is there in this company and she is just like a news reader and tells you whatever told to her by management whole day employee will be monitored by CCTV.One lady is there she is treated like Queen here if she didn't like any employee then experience, knowledge nothing counts here. you will just get health problems because of level of torture. Join here if you want loose your self respect and personal life and ready to get scolded for everything

N number of cons. - Policies will change time to time(Not Employee friendly policies) - No fun activities, no coffee machine, no cafeteria - Poor work culture. - In time should be consistent before 10 :15 But no rules for out time, people working for 12 hours also. - Upper management will blame lower for every mistakes - Using legacy technologies and slow systems.
