I worked at Grassik for close to 5 years in my second stint. My first tenure with Grassik was as a part timer while pursuing studies. An open and friendly environment, feels like family. The Directors always assure that employees are comfortable at work and encourage open communication, discussion about any matter of importance to the employee. Most of Practice Heads are positive and passionate in nature. They share information, mentor & motivate the team well. Tremendous opportunities to Grow, learn and a free hand given which gives the employee a motivation to use their own judgement based on past experiences. Office boys maintain good hygiene at work, are professional and have good interaction abilities. Located in centre of New Delhi with ample parking facility.
