Incredible opportunity to make an impact in a small business.
Cons
Repetitious work, burnt out people, lack of leadership and vision, and don't expect getting paid your full bonus - hardly ever.

Pros
Gratafy is in a historic building in downtown Seattle that is easy to get to and you're provided with a pretax card to purchase your Orca card.
Cons
You work at 8am in sales, no exceptions, no flex time based on your territory. Sales manager is very into rigid rules, dress codes, etc. Also, you don't sell. You're signing up bars and restaurants for a promotion that may or may not come to their community. And they pay 40k as a base with no actual OTE because they can't measure it really.
