Pros

This is a family-owned business that truly cares about its people. They’ve supported me through some big moments in life, and it really feels like they value you as a person. The work can be busy and challenging, but the culture is supportive and loyal. Everyone is approachable, even Senior Managers and Directors. There are great opportunities to progress, though you might have to wait your turn. Pay and benefits are solid too.

Cons

Communication could be better at times, though I appreciate there are a lot of moving parts in the company structure that make this challenging. The business can also be naturally resistant to change, and the skillset of some line managers could be stronger.
