Pros

I could find no pro's to working there. The medical benefits were good but I believe that is due to management wanting good benefits for themselves so they offer ti company wide.

Cons

The managers are terrible never anything positive to say.The pay is very low 25 cents over min wage. The work conditions are dangerous osha standards are not followed. The machinery is old and out dated therefore makes it unsafe to work with regular PM's are not preformed. There is no advancement in the company where you start is where you stay no pay grade increases jusy very minimal raises yearly. All in all I would advise that it is anything other than a temp position to go on to something better.

Pros

Lots of overtime, or else.

Cons

Endless mandatory overtime, poor working conditions, poor salaries. Every mandatory OT day you miss is a mark against you, get a few of these and they impact your review, and ability to get a pay raise, and your PTO, a few more and you get fired. Overtime is mandatory. They just announced 53 hours per week in September after literally 6 months or more of mandatory OT. There's little time to do other things, the pay sucks, you could literally work anywhere else. They could solve this problem, but are too cheap to do so, by hiring additional help. Instead, they're chewing through staff and burning up credit with their employees. The frustration is palpable.

Pros

I’ve been here (1) year & (2) months & the only thing I can think of is I made some good friendships along the way

Cons

I’ve been lied to in my interview. In the interview process they build up the place to be so great with the whole Team work line, how hard work pays off once you get your review/increase (everyone gets the same raise across the board whether you bust your butt or take several “bathroom breaks” which happens often & I constantly see employees standing around talking (not working) & the supervisors say/do nothing?!! We’re very busy & I notice that not everyone works not even (1) hour of OT & those are the same people that don’t pull their weight & makes the ones that actually do care work even harder. So wrong! I’ve been in the process of moving forward to find a better paying job (especially since my very low pay increase). The funny thing is, I was driving by a local McDonald’s & they had signs everywhere stating “Now Hiring $15/hr”…. Not taking shots at people that work but more of at shot at Graver for paying us so little for the hard work we put in. You’re getting paid less then a fast food restaurant where you can make your own schedule & get free food?! Somethings seriously wrong with this picture. The company makes a ton of $$ but gives pennies to their employees. I’ve read other reviews on here & it appears that I’m not the only one with the same problems/concerns. Guess management isn’t taking these reviews seriously. I’ve seen so many new employees come in & within about (2) weeks… they’re gone. They would tell me that for what they’re getting paid… It’s just not worth it along with the mistreatment & poor training. They throw you out there & expect you to pick up on things in just a few days. Again lies. They said in the interview that there would be job shadowing/training until I felt comfortable enough to perform on my own. NOPE! Just verbal warnings that I was making too many mistakes due to the fact that there was a lot of things that I was doing for the first time & when I would ask for help, most times they were always too busy. I really had to work hard to learn my position where as it should’ve been an easy transition had they actually followed through with their word of actual “training “. Enough is enough & like others on here… I’m looking elsewhere for my née work home being I’ve given Graver over a year to right their wrongs & instead of things getting better… It’s just getting worse.
