      Nimble, creative, unique you can see your contribution right away, easy to make impact. Incredible products.

      Disorganized, they are burning too much cash, some people shouldn't be in the company.

      Pros

      Is a good environment, the people is very nice and easy to work with. The owners are nice persons and very humans regarding personal stuff with their employees. We have a reasonable income and the company is very solid.

      Cons

      I believe that one of the cons are that can be a lil stressed job!

      Fantastic environment, great co-workers, and room to grow within the company. Very hard working owners/managers and a flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Can't really find any con's when you have the option to work from home. Just get your work completed!
