Management is a joke, and the company is dying. France controls every business decision, and the company is suffering because of it. Pay is far below what it should be, and morale is awful. As of my last week, every department is shorthanded and overloaded. Because of the low pay, management cannot attract or retain new talent. Management has made zero investment in its employees, machinery, and technology. Because of this, their technology is at least 20 years old and most of the machinery is from the 50s and 60s. The building/warehouse is in awful shape and leaks when it rains. If you are looking for a job, I would encourage you to stay as far away form this place as you can. There is no benefit in working at Gravotech. In absolutely no way will you learn anything new or be prepared for the future. Gravotech will not value you in any way, shape, or form. They will do whatever they can to get the maximum amount of work out of you as they can while paying you as little as humanly possible. I serioulsy doubt this company will be around in two years.
