      Honestly I was thankful to just have a job

      I have never experienced more discrimination backstabbing drama and lack of support and training in my six years of property management. Low pay compared to other company’s. They act like they are the best from corporate view but once you start working for them you realize how shady they work. They do not follow the handbook at all. Good luck with getting HR to try and change anything. So relieved I do not work for them anymore. Very high turn over. Only care about money. Your nothing but a dollar sign. Corporate always brags to its low paid site employees how much the company is making while we get little pay little raises and crappy benefits.

      I Do No Recommend, To Anyone

      Pros

      I honestly cannot think of any at this time, It was the worst job I have ever had, and I was excited to work here. The Pro - I no longer work there and would never work for anyone that works there again.

      Cons

      Pay is sub-average Senior Management absolutely awful business ethics Micromanagement Cannot hire without multiple stages of approval Resistant to Change Work from Properties, no official office. HR ladies hands are tied. Not sure if she enjoys that but she has no say, she just does what she is told. Its disgusting. They request their employees leave reviews here in order to boost their ratings, and they check in on who has and has not.

      Pros

      Loved my team, pay was pretty ok.

      Cons

      GrayCo really needs to improve. They take a lot of their ideas from a top competitor of which I won’t name, but are really a disorganized second place. They lack communication all across the board, play favoritism, heavy on the fair housing violations, and the “bonuses” or “employee appreciation” gestures are really trivial and more of an offense. They pick and choose which properties to invest in. They tell you one thing in training but it’s another ball game in the office.
