Pros

Graycon as a Tech company does things differently than other Managed Service Providers. A team distributed throughout the region with multiple skillset working towards a common goal does helps resolve client issues. The company is fully owned by Ricoh Canada and still is in transition. The Company does handout a mobile phone with sufficient data, also helps with training tools such CBT Nuggets and have mentorship with the company.

Cons

Graycon does not pay the Medical Services Plan in BC (Full or Cost share), which is a basic employee benefit; this can have on impact based on the family size. At time Account Executives can be demanding.

More resource planning is required, as sometime a shortage of staff leads to increased stress on employees.
