Pros

There really aren’t a lot of pros to working in the Orlando office at Gray Robinson.

Cons

Litigation department on the 16th floor is particularly a crappy work environment. Snot nose young arrogant attorneys who are full of themselves and paralegals on power trips. Everyone is in fear of losing your jobs on a daily basis. If you upset the wrong people for any reason you could be out on your ear the next day.

Pros

Let's just jump to the cons section.

Cons

Horrible management. Primarly the HR office. This dept. will make your life a living-hell; employment investigations are biased; employees don't have a voice; the CHRO is a joke, unprofessional, rude and simply miserable (retire old lady) - says inappropriate things to the team, yells at them and encourages fear. HR Managers showcase the same level of rudeness. If you're not a majority you're in the minority pool. Makes inappropriate jokes about other employees and when you challenge them you're treated like a criminal - so much for that "open door policy" Advice stay away. Trust me!

Pros

The Benefits and Birthday Celebrations

Cons

Gray Robinson is a very cliquey type of organization. If you aren’t in a clique, you are going to suffer and please do not attempt to speak to HR, that is a joke and will ultimately fall on deaf ears. The environment for staff is absolutely toxic and there is no such thing as leadership when it comes to this firm. Policies from 1942 seem like they are still in place. There is little to no room for advancement and there is no such thing as diversity. There is no such thing as team because everyone is out for themselves and they are some of the most fake individuals. This will ultimately be the cause of downfall of this firm.
