Pros
The employees are great, but are severely underpaid and poorly treated
Cons
One of the owners was CEO of a failed company called Triumph that went belly-up due to fraud. He has a criminal record and runs this current business as expected. Company will bait and switch you after a 30-day contractor agreement, then lie about quarterly raises and bonuses to get you to work more for less pay than promised. Management makes unrealistic promises to get clients to get to sign contracts, then does not give their team the resources needed. As a result the work experience is hell for employees. Average salary is $42-50K and you will end up working 50-60 hours per week while the owners drive the company into the ground and pretend to be successful socialites Avoid this company and any of their partner companies where the owners are “fractional” CMOs and CROs.
