Frequent errors with my check, had to go through my paystubs every single pay period and cross check it against my time clock. In 3 total years at this company they messed up my check, 6 times at least. Each time they refused to fixed it until the next pay cycle and i was new enough to the workforce i did not advocate for myself. Manipulated workers into overworking themselves by pushing "this place can be your family" especially when understaffed and the entire HR department was 1 person who happened to be the person over the call center and practice locations. Complaints were never able to remain confidential and never formally documented. Made it very difficult to follow up on issues as simple as raises because there was no documentation of a request.
