Graystone pretends it cares about its employees, but are extremely lacking in empathy for real life situations people find themselves in. Everyone moves up by stepping on others to get ahead. Communication within the company is pathetic. This company is all about cutting corners and costs to pad the pockets of the higher ups while paying all the worker ants just enough to survive. Equipment and offices are run down while doctors brag about how much money they're taking home. Clinic staff is very rude to other departments and it is allowed - clear seperation between departments breeds a lot of resentment and finger pointing. I saw a lot of fantastic employees be let go by stepping on the wrong toes.
