Pros

- Supportive management team that encourages ownership of work and provides ample opportunities for growth and development - Working as a Regional Training Manager provides the opportunity to collaborate with teams across various regions, making the work challenging but rewarding - Inclusive and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development

Cons

- No significant cons to report. The only potential downside may be that the work as a Regional Training Manager can be challenging, but this is also what makes it rewarding.

Pros

The Culture is a big plus point and the way the company functions is very open to all the employees and everybody has access to every department and people up until the higher authorities are easy to reach! And you get to a learn a lot of new things about the business and how it functions from all the roles that you are a part of.

Cons

There is a certain bond period of 6 months or so before which you cannot resign.
