      Claims to be ethical company but is a corrupt lala company

      Pros

      * If you are willing forgo your personal life, then it might turnout well for you. Those who spend their nights and weekends are most respected and rewarded here. * You would learn all sort of workarounds (not processes) here. * You will learn what being ethical means. The line between ethical and non-ethical will diminish. Just please your managers, you will be good. * That said, if you happen to stay, you might actually learn one or two things.

      Cons

      * They make you feel guilty if you WFH, you have to prove yourself time and again that you actually worked that day. * The management (it is just the CEO really) just want to retain its employees by any means possible- including dominating contracts/bonds. Employee satisfaction is a myth here. * HR has no power, they act on directions from CEO. * Their so called international certifications is just a facade. They don't have any processes, only lot of google sheets and CEO orders. * You see - after every bad glassdoor review, there would be lots of good reviews. You understand where I am getting at, no? * They don't care what you want to do. If there is even a data entry project which is paying them money, they would just put you in it. * HR would update the employee handbook from time to time (on directions from management) to make you cannot leave the company easily. * Most of the employees who chose to stay here are based out local, having no choice to go outside tricity. * All the management care about is money. They talk about ethics but they mean money. * They tell you to make false promises to their prospects.

      Thanks for writing a review. We will appreciate if you refrain from slandering the organization. All the Human resource policies are transparent and employee centric. Employees have the freedom to choose whether they wish to take up the opportunities or not. We are currently running around half a dozen shift timings to opt from so that, the employees can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Unfortunately, your motivation didn't align with the organization's environment and you had such an experience.

      Bad Bad Bad Company. Stay Away. HR Generating Positive reviews

      Management does not exist. Run by husband and wife like a factory where people do not matter only money making. For 250 people no other management or HR. The COO is rude and typical bloodsucking boss that does not know ABC of technology or services delivery and client satisfaction. Just wants billing even if the customer is not satisfied. Work culture is bad and new joiners are harassed by old managers trusted by management No resources to improve your skills. If you do the training you can't leave without paying them. Terrible HR benefits. The cheapest insurance, bad food, outings to suck up to management. Hold back relieving letters to old employees and harass them after leaving. Most positive reviews are forcefully generated by HR. Best type of worst Lala company you could work for. The CEO is actually managed by his wife and it is so evident in group settings.

      Dear Reviewer, Somewhat the review seems strikingly similar the previous ones. However, we would like to address a few issues that you have raised in this review. Also, we would appreciate if you refrain from using inappropriate language and mudslinging the organization. Grazitti provides ample growth opportunities to the employees and it is at the discretion of the employee to take it up or not. Benefits provided by the organization are for the personal well being and have been implemented after taking thorough feedback from the employees. Grazitti is a process-oriented organization certified by international bodies and it does not indulge in any unethical activities like manufacturing reviews. Unfortunately, your motivation didn't align with the organization's environment and you had such an experience.

      Was a good company - now worst

      - New projects to learn - Decent work environment and teams - Focus on learning new things and training - On-site opportunities for some team members

      Cons

      - Forced Illegal bonds to not let you leave. - Standard husband-wife management style with no alignment and meaningless instructions - The tech managers and leads who are old in the company do not care what you feel. They would just try to pressurise you - Stupid rules for timesheets - No flexibility for work hours or work from home. - Force employees to put fake ratings on Glassdoor

      Thanks for your review. However, this feedback appears to be self-contradictory. Grazitti is a process oriented organization certified by international bodies. Hence, all our HR policies are transparent and well communicated to the employees from time to time. Employees always have the freedom to choose whether they wish to take up any future opportunities or not. Kindly refrain from making baseless accusations as we do not manufacture reviews on Glassdoor or any other platform.
