Usually a fun work environment. Can talk with workers Don't need any education or experience to work here.

sales managemnet here is toxic and focused on pleasing the owner. lots of empty promises and closed door meetings. idk how many times i've been told that i'll get a raise soon. every one is very managed and you can't even take a smoke break with out being talked about!! any time some one is getting in trouble, they don't even take it to HR, sales management gets involved and has closed door meetings with every one. There's constantly pressure on the sales team, even though there is no plan in place to grow!

Pros

Thanksgiving and Christmas Bonus, week off at Christmastime. Music in the background, monthly lunches. Most people are decent to work with. When it’s good it’s good.

Cons

When it’s bad, it’s very stressful. Top thing to realize is that everything you do, someone is watching you and reporting back to management. If the chosen few don’t like you, you will not last long, even if you do very well at your job.
